Poorvakarma

Poorvakara is a preparatory treatment given before any of the Ayurvedic treatments. It involves the application of oil to the client’s head, face, palms and soles of the feet. This helps to prepare the client for their treatment by creating a connection with their therapist and an opening of their vital chakra energy points.
