Appointments made online are able to be edited, rearranged or cancelled at your convenience. You will receive a text and email confirmation, which will have the links to make any necessary changes to your existing booking. Please be aware of our 24 hour notice cancellation policy, outlined in your confirmation email.
Payments & Cancellation Policy
I can accept payments by card, BACS or cash. Please be aware that late cancellations often impact other clients who may have needed your appointment. Cancellation of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a fee of 50% of your original treatment price or result in a reduction of a gift voucher value by 50%.
